The importance of a debrief after conflict.
We all have been in arguments where we go our separate ways and never resolve certain issues. We let time sweep it under the rug and we act as if nothing has happened. It’s important to debrief after the conflict. This does not mean you rehash your side of the disagreement, but it does open a forum to discuss ways you can reconnect more quickly in the future. When you discuss ways you can resolve conflict and responsibility you can take in your actions, it helps you have more productive and effective interactions.
