I am 49 and I still feel the same way today as I did as a little girl. I know these feeling are wrong. Today after hearing this I wrote down “People love being around me, people enjoy my company.

The events we experienced when we were younger, as painful as they were, do not have to define our future. I am glad to hear you are able to create self-affirmations whether, at this time, you believe them or not.
