We all have anxious thoughts, but sometimes those anxious thoughts turn into worst-case scenario thoughts. These types of thoughts can often stop you from finding a healthy solution.

The rule of thumb is this, anytime you have a worst-case scenario thought you always want to reflect on your past. Ask yourself, “When was I in a situation like this before, or when did I have a worst-case scenario thought like this? Did that worst-case thought come true? More than likely it did not.

The more you can remind yourself of this when you focus on your situation, the more it reduces the worst-case scenario thoughts and thus reduces your anxiety. Be sure to follow me more for life tips like this.
