During this time of quarantine, it’s so important that you create structure for yourself. Structure focuses your thoughts and helps you not get lost in “worst-case scenarios.”
The way to create structure is to set your alarm the night before and write out a list of things you can do in the morning. Those things that you’ve mentioned in the past that you said, “If only I had more time in the day.” Well, unfortunately, you now have more time to complete it. Clean out that closet, go through your clothes you no longer wear, research information you’ve been wanting to research, or work on the novel you’ve never finished writing.
Use this time of isolation to your benefit. We will get through this.
