As we go into another month of self-quarantine and social distancing it can often feel like our house is a prison.
Did you know that the tidiness level of your house is a good indication if you are struggling or not? If you find that at this time you are emotionally struggling it’s imperative that you literally keep your house at a continual level of tidiness. This helps you get out of your head and it also creates a physical environment of Order instead of Chaos.
Another thing you can do to help you change your daily perspective is to literally move your furniture around and create a new layout. This has you look at your house in a different way which removes the usual thoughts and feelings we have from the old furniture layout and helps you create a new thought pattern.
If you can’t move your furniture then sit or stand in a different place in your house when you do your work or during your down-time. This will also help you look at the world in a different way.
