I’m sure you’ve seen movies where the valedictorian of a university sets out to change the world. The next scene shows her struggling to make ends meet and pretty soon she’s down and out. Obviously that’s an extreme example. However, did you have ideas of how you wanted to change the world and then “life’ happened and it didn’t work out as planned. Don’t worry that has happened to all of us.
Regardless of what you are doing today, are you focused on why you are doing it? When you remind yourself that you do have a purpose and a plan it starts to empower you. You can be the best at what you do, but you have to find the reason for why you do what you do. When you focus on your “Why” it creates the foundation for self-development that then leads to exponential growth.
Pretty Penny Films is a female-owned production company that was created by Kimberley Aria Peterson and Christina Naime, childhood friends that realized that there were many production companies making great content, but none that represented their culture, background or their ethnicities.
